An event like this is as rare as making it from one end of Grey St to the other without getting punched in the face. Tell your mum that you are busy tonight because you need to leg it down to the best venue in town to watch your teenage crushes Ships Piano x Great ~ Falls play your favourite power chords.
Between these two bands they have racked up one heck of a list of Triple J plays, shows and online and printed kudos. A night of jangly overdriven guitars, slinky bass-lines and songs that are steeped with a sickly sweet nostalgia. Joining Great ~ Falls and Ships Piano will be honorary Southside ratbag Emma Shields. Forget the scenic railway, your sick ollies, St Kilda sunsets. Bring your bucket hat, vodka laced blue heaven slurpee and sit back and relax and let the tide roll in.
