Chris Pickering Experiment is the live project of Melbourne-based writer-musician Chris Pickering. The trio play stretched-out psychedelic twang versions of Pickering’s well-structured indie-pop songs, with influences as diverse as Burt Bacharach, Waylon Jennings, Tinariwen, and Can.
