Has everyone recovered from our birthday shin-dig? Yes? Good. Let's hit the dance floor.

On Friday 2nd of November, begin the longest of unofficial long weekends by letting your hair down old-school Finishing School-style with DJs Andrew McClelland and Wyatt Nixon-Lloyd!

We'll be heating up that Melbourne stalwart, The Retreat Hotel with classic, crowded, sweaty good times from 10pm.

No need to pre-book - all tix are $10 at the door and we'll squeeze as many of you in as we can manage.

And as if you needed a reminder...

Mr. McClelland's Finishing School is a celebrated night of dancing to pop music.

And that means all kinds of pop music;

From The Smiths to The Beatles, from Weezer to Prince, from Belle & Sebastian to The Supremes, from Pulp to Passion Pit, from James Brown to Blur, from Rage Against the Machine to Run DMC, from The Spice Girls to Arcade Fire. 

It's all for dancing.

Featuring music you really like and music you had forgotten you really like and music you will soon really like. Nobody can go from Rancid to Whitney Houston like Finishing School can.
