Once again, all your favourite Brunswick venues are joining forces with Brunswick Music Festival for a night of discovery and frivolity in the best postcode around, soundtracked by some of our city’s best live music. And it's all FREE!

Each venue has been tasked with putting together a lineup of their favourite locals, and we certainly haven’t skimped on you. We’re very excited to be treating you to the sounds of…

Jarrow
He’s been described as an indie-rock wunderkind, and we’ve gotta say, we’re inclined to agree… few songwriters are able to cram as much personality, wit and unexpected hooks into their songs as Dan Oke. 2019 was a bit of a quiet year for the project, but with album number three waiting in the wings and a new list of friends helping the songs come to life onstage, it’s the perfect time to welcome Jarrow back to the Retreat.

Bones and Jones
Bones and Jones have just dropped their second album 'Bees' and it encompasses everything that makes this coastal gang so good - classic rock ’n’ roll spark, plenty of charm, and an uncanny knack for making things sound reminiscent of the past yet refreshing at the same time. These songs are made for boogieing, so bring your dancing shoes.

Gamjee
These weirdos don’t do predictability. Their debut album 'Legacy Project' seems to find joy in confusing listeners - bouncing from punk to psych to pop, it’s as erratic as it is gloriously sweet. Trouble Juice recently called them “the best band in Melbourne”. Come and find out for yourself.

If you’re up for some mid-week madness on March 18th, you know where to find it.
