Following a string of impressive support slots, we’re thrilled to have emerging local favourites Chimpanzee taking to The Retreat stage on the afternoon of Saturday January 23rd for their first headline show of the year (and maybe ever?).

Led by Bananagun drummer Jimi Gregg and joined by other members of Bananagun and Crepes, Chimpanzee brings to life Jimi’s thoughtful poetry, alongside elements of jazz and folk combined in a uniquely rhythmic way.

Catch them in a relaxed matinee setting from 2:30 - 5:30pm, with support from Bananaman. Tickets are $10 + booking fee and limited to just 50 spots.
