Meraki Minds hit The Retreat bandroom on Wednesday November 24th for an intimate evening of indie-pop, with support from Barefoot Bowls Club and Divers.

Meraki Minds are a five piece indie-pop band hailing from Ballarat in regional Victoria, composed by Paula Maki, Sam Bailey, Peggy Hills, Pete Wynen and Joshua Horvat. The aspiring artists are known for their upbeat grooves and electric stage presence. Their music features dreamy guitars, energetic bass and drums, and harmonious female vocals floating effortlessly on top. After releasing their debut single ' Wild Talk' in 2018, the up-and-coming band quickly turned heads locally, appearing on the Spilt Milk Festival Ballarat lineup in 2019. With their EP 'Persuade Me' and three other singles making up their discography to date, the band are looking ahead with their debut album in the works.
