To celebrate the release of their forthcoming second album 'Salt an Atlas' (set to be released on Friday April 2nd), we're thrilled to have dream-pop five piece half/cut hitting the bandroom on Sunday May 2nd, as they launch the new record into the world.

Blending the group's broad range of influences, half/cut create a mix of the dense, lush sounds associated with dream-pop and shoegaze while incorporating elements from slowcore and math-rock; with vocalist Jessie L. Warren (Hachiku, Lisa Mitchell) soaring above, half/cut draws regular comparisons to artists ranging from Cocteau Twins and Durutti Column to The Cranberries.

Joining half/cut will be Doroth and Folk Bitch Trio, kicking things off from 6pm. Tickets are $10 + booking fee and limited to just 50 spots.
