11 HUGE SHOWS. 11 HUGE GUEST ARTISTS - we are throwing the biggest series of shows over summer, inviting some huge names in Aboriginal Music World to come guest open Naarms longest running premier Open Mic night which is home to First Nations artists far and wide. This week’s special guest is Deline Briscoe!

Yalanji Woman of Song, Deline Briscoe has toured the world sharing her exquisite vocals with over 1 million audience members worldwide.

Deline’s extraordinary jazz-infused vocals  intertwined with the Wawubarri style singing, gospel harmonies and the percussive grit & bite are enriched by instruments brilliantly played by Airileke Ingram (drums), Robbie Finch (double bass), Stephen Maxwell (piano), Paul Coyle (trumpet) and Phil Bywater (clarinet/saxophone) as the core band.

Deline’s live show is captivating and moving her voice is powerful, with her dynamic range  from the sweetness to the gospel inspired wailing notes Deline tells her stories of Love hope and loss.

Blak Stage is this countries premier and longest running open mic night for mob, running every Tuesday at The Retreat Hotel. Doors 6.30pm.
