Following the release of the melodic and guitar driven ear worm “Shame”, Blank Face transforms from solo acoustic live shows to a high energy 3-piece rock band for the first time.
Earning a reputation for genre hopping with the 2021 mixtape “Monophobia” and a knack for smack talk on revolutionary comedy podcast BLT, Tyler Cahill returns to the airwaves as Blank Face with “Shame”. Jangly acoustic guitars paired with a driving rhythm section and spindly synth work blend to create a pop-rock banger that never sacrifices honesty for simplicity.
With a list of influences ranging from Oasis, Alex G and Mitski to Radiohead, JPEGMafia and Bill Hader, Blank Face leaves everything and nothing to the imagination all at once.
Blank Face is ecstatic to be joined by Hot Glue and Lucy’s Disorder.
Hot Glue are hot off the heels of the release of their debut album “Hatchet”. The Indie-Rock trio use dreamy guitar rock with soaring melodies and punchy rhythms to deliver songs that speak to the experience of young adulthood and cathartic release.
Lucy’s Disorder is a newly formed Indie Rock band bringing hints of Latino influences based in Naarm.
