Join The Teethers as they celebrate the release of their new single ‘Stray’, a song which tops their previous releases with their most ambitious foray into mood and texture yet. Featuring support from Babyccino and Nightly3.4, it’ll be a night of electronics, acoustics, heavies, and lights.

The Teethers are a highly insular band, developing their sombre and mature music through the filters of folk, alternative rock, jazz, and classical. With a highly dynamic sound, The Teethers balance timid melancholy with explosive anguish, all wrapped in the sophisticated songwriting of singer Catriona Bampton. After a highly successful first year of performing, culminating in opening for Dune Rats at the Sidney Myer Music Bowl, The Teethers are highly ambitious and energised. ‘Stray’ is the first release by the band since leaving school, and is a marker of what to expect from the band: atmosphere, heartache, drive, and honesty.
