Here is our gig description in the style of a 1960's science fiction story:

Greetings, citizens of Earth and beyond, prepare for an astonishing spectacle beyond the bounds of mere imagination. Feast your senses on the trumpets' resounding "WAA", a call from the cosmic unknown. Observe the bones' "Flomp", a rhythm that reverberates through time itself. Petite saxes, a legion of celestial serenaders, shall entrance you, while grandiose saxes shall transport you to realms unseen.

But ah, the rhythm section, an enigma defying terrestrial lexicon, occasionally daring the cosmic winds to swing. Brace for the torrential cascade of sound, the chaotic symphony of synonyms that shall ripple through space-time. Might Jim recount the tale of the chip pilfering Big Dipper, a cosmic yarn? Such cosmic secrets remain veiled.

Libations, the ambrosia of beer, shall flow freely, inviting earthly and extraterrestrial alike to partake. Doth the notion of beer tickle your senses? Convene with us at 2:30pm on Sunday, the 3rd day of September. Etch this date upon your temporal slate, plant it within your communication device, or dispatch an electronic missive to your future self, a missive destined to manifest in a mere 48 hours hence. The mantle of vigilance rests upon you, lest this unparalleled cosmic junction elude your grasp.
