Join Anne Simmons for one final show before 2023 sneaks away. In the haze between Christmas and New Years', she'll bring her acoustic guitar onto the Retreat mainroom stage and play a selection of folk, country and soul tunes.

Joining her will be the country twang of Elly McK & The Unbelievers and indie pop singer Lily Jones.

ANNE SIMMONS (solo)

Folk-rock singer Anne Simmons lives near the Victorian mountains and sings with a unique dynamic voice. Her trio Anne Simmons & the Bitter Shush released their debut single 'Do I Lift You Up' in November 2023. She writes with imagery of the natural world and explores themes of love and loss.

ELLY McK & THE UNBELIEVERS (duo)

Elly McK and The Unbelievers are a Melbourne based band turning heads in the roots and country scene. Elly McKinnon’s original songs move effortlessly across the genres of folk, country and americana while The Unbelievers drive vintage inspired sounds and rollicking grooves.

LILY JONES

Since she was 5 years old, Lily has used her lyrics and piano as a trusted, safe friend. In a pop/indie style, blended with painfully blunt (and sometimes sarcastic) lyrics, Lily explores the complexity of living in the past whilst navigating the everyday.
