Melbourne's newest progressive grunge/shoegaze band Undertoë are launching their trippy new single at everyone's favourite Brunny pub, the Retreat Hotel on May 8.

Melding walls of fuzz guitar and wailing synth with just sprinkle of prog, Undertoë reminds you what grunge used to sound like when weirdos still made it.

Funk/rock/metal duo Palpitations are a small band with a huge sound. Matt Hood on bass and vocals, and Bonnie Roe on drums and electronics.

Careful Yelling take you on a journey through time and space through noisy jazzy psychedelic improv… Careful Yelling put the trip back into trippy.
