The Mean Average are the guttural rumblings of rusted on musical journeyman Rick Swaney (Little Faiths, ex The Crox) with Douglas Galbraith (Kim Salmon, Little Faiths) and Jim Anton. A reincarnation of a subsonic past that was... it would be unwise to stand still.
