Digger and The Pussycats hit The Retreat on Sunday 30 August for a proper Sunday arvo rock and roll session, playing two sets from 3pm to 5pm. It’s a chance to catch one of Melbourne’s long-running garage-punk duos in action at one of their favourite haunts.

For more than 20 years, Digger and The Pussycats have built a reputation as a high-energy two-piece, mixing garage-punk, rock and roll, blues and party rock into loud, funny, no-frills sets. They've done everything from playing shows in underground crypts to major European festivals, made a bunch of records and released even more 45s.

Expect a raw, loose, high-volume afternoon show built for people who like their rock and roll direct, scrappy and alive. Two sets, Sunday arvo, The Retreat.
