Jord. has been waiting a long time to share this with you. Get ready to celebrate the launch of his debut album, “Learning to Wait” with a full band show at The Retreat Hotel. An emerging singer/songwriter from Melbourne, Jord. is known for his earnest lyricism and story-telling, coupled with old school pop/rock sensibilities. His songs are both accessible and sincere, warmly inviting his audience into his world. “Learning to Wait” has been a passion project over the last few years, and the aptly titled album draws on personal experiences of relationships, love, hospital visits, self-image and mental health. Over eight tracks, Jord. and his band blend his signature lyricism and melodic ballads with catchy hooks and some old fashioned rock’n’roll, showcasing a range of styles all the while staying true to the key ethos of Jord.’s music: storytelling. With support from heavenly singer/songwriter Chloe Violette and Harrison Knight, this is sure to be a show you won’t want to miss!
