The Guilts play a rolling cavalcade of styles, incorporating American and European folk styles, as well as rhythm and blues, latin and punk. This week we're calling it mariachi grunge. The songs are confessional, in the school of Waits and Cohen; the music is romantic, insistent and dark. Come down, bend an elbow, and sing a chorus with us.
